INSERT: A new subsection (c) to read as follows:

"(c) Subsection (a) is amended by adding after the word "Auditor." the phrase "The Executive Director of the Office of Advisory Neighborhood Commissions shall serve as a non-voting Trustee."

Rationale: The Commissioners participate in the Security Fund by making an annual contribution. The amendment would allow the Executive Director to serve as a point of contact for any Commission's inquiry regarding the Fund and to provide additional assistance in the supervision of the Fund.
