STRIKE: The word "Auditor" and insert the word "Mayor". After the word "approved." strike the word "Rules" and lines 3 through 5.

Rationale: The amendment continues current law. Pursuant to D.C. Code § 47-117, the Auditor has rulemaking authority regarding procedures for audits of the accounts and operations of ANCs. By retaining current law, the Mayor may prescribe rules for any provision of this section for which the Auditor may not have rulemaking authority.
