Dear Craig:

Thank you for submitting a written statement as well as your previous oral testimony in support of Bill 12-612, the "Opened Alcoholic Beverage Containers Amendment Act of 1998," which I introduced on April 7, 1998. I, too, appreciated the expressed support of the Metropolitan Police Department for the legislation. As you know, I value GLAA's input on this and other matters of importance to our community. I also very much appreciate Dr. Frank Kameny's contributions to this legislation.
