DC Council Ratings Announced

The Gay and Lesbian Activists Alliance of Washington, DC announces the following ratings for DC Council Candidates in the general election on November 5, 1996. Candidates are rated on a scale of -10 to +10, based on their answers to GLAA's DC Council Questionnaire and their record on behalf of the gay and lesbian community. Note: an asterisk (*) indicates that the candidate failed to return a questionnaire; in this case the rating is based solely upon the candidate's known record.
